APRIL 28, 2020 IS NICOTINE BENEFICIAL NOW
A recent Paris France study was conducted and reported . There were 343 coronavirus patients along with 139 people infected with the illness but who had milder symptoms There was a low number of smokers in this group
A similar finding was found in a China study that was published in the New England Journal of Medicine. This found only 12.6 % of smokers in 1000 people infected in China
So what is the point ? The point is that nicotine could adhere to the cell receptors thus blocking the virus from entering the cell and spreading. Could this mean that nicotine could save your life from this virus ? This was suggested by the author of this Parisian study at the Pasteur Institute.
So the study needs to be further investigated. The study is now using nicotine patches . Could this prevent the cytokine storm we are seeing in the patients. Or is this cytokine storm from a presumed toxicity rather than a virus.
The data from research is overwhelming in many regards. What is right and what is wrong. I do not think we should advocate cigarette smoking at this point, We know the harmful effects of nicotine

MAY 1, 2020 FAMOTIDINE AND COVID 19
Famotidine is a H2 blocker and present in Pepcid. This drug is used in peptic/ gastric ulcer disease. The Northwell Health system is tracking its effect on some 150 plus corona patients. There are certain drug classes that block the HIV replication. This class of drugs might show some benefit with COVID 19.This trial is hoping to have 1200 - 1500 patients All of the Northwell hospitals are participating in this trial
The trial is combining the Famotidine with hydroxyquinine ( Plaquenil) Remember chloroquinine is used to treat malaria and in some protocols for chronic Lyme. It does have some serious side effects.
We are over 1 million cases in the United States and more than 3 million worldwide. I would like to see the government studying some supplements/herbs that herbalists/ ND’s/ acupuncturists are using with their patients.

APRIL 27, 2020 A VIRUS or NOT A VIRUS
I have been quarantined like all of you. I do many hobbies to keep busy as well as phone consults for patients and volunteering hospital shifts
I am reading reports about this corona virus. I have blogged on how to help your immune system. I have blogged about 5G, and vaccinations. I want to educate people. I want to make individuals aware of other medical options that are available.
I want to propose some questions for you to ponder about. Start to make your own conclusions
Event 201 was held in October 2019 by Bill Gates. It was a practice drill for a presumed corona epidemic
Is this a virus? Or is it poisoning from 5 G radiation? The people dying are dying from what appears to be altitude sickness at normal altitudes. The people dying have decreased heme in their red blood cells. A virus doesn’t do this Viruses also do not deplete zinc from the body
Individuals placed on ventilators have a 87 % mortality. Ventilators are not the answer. Perhaps Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is the answer
Viruses don’t cause blood clots. Their are individuals who have had their leg amputated . For what ? Not a virus
Some parents are fine with some mandatory vaccinations for children. Will individuals be fine with government mandated corona virus vaccinations
Is corona Ig G and Ig M serum testing reliable? If you are ig G negative for corona will you be mandated by the government to get the vaccine
Was this a planned epidemic by the government? Is this a way to decrease the world population. Is this germ warfare
Every hospital gets $13,000 for a corona virus diagnosis from insurance companies.
Every hospital gets $ 39,000 for placing a patient on a ventilator from the insurance company
What is really going on ?

APRIL 29, 2020 CORONA DEATHS
The United States has surpassed 50,000 deaths from coronavirus and it is stated that are one million infections country wide. I feel this number is severely underestimated. There are many states like California that are predicting many millions that could be infected. There is a lack of testing and appropriate testing in this country,. We need to look at other countries with better tests .
Despite what you are reading - there will be a second wave of cases . I feel this will occur in December 2020. This will occur as the government and states issue statements to let people go back to work. I feel without adequate testing we are taking a chance. I know the economy is affected., We all are being effected by this. YOU are not alone. WE are in this crisis together
We are offering Ig G and IgM testing in our office in Connecticut. The test is offered from the company BioTek. Unfortunately for whatever reason the test is not offered in the State of New York. It is important to find out if you had the illness and have antibodies. The WHO made a statement about IgG antibodies . At first it was stated IgG antibodies might not mean you are immune as they don’t know what the level of immunity is. To an extent this is correct but Ig G antibodies do mean you have had the virus and can give us some information to you immunity.
We might be better prepared for the second wave of corona. We also have to understand we have influenza in the Fall/winter that also affects millions and causes death.
The states like Georgia and Nevada are making decisions for the economy. I understand that. This might be a mistake and more will die

APRIL 24-26, 2020 ENHANCE IMMUNE FUNCTION
You want to enhance your immune function. Sometimes this is not a good idea in certain disease. For example if you already have COVID and are very ill- I would not suggest to enhance your immune system However if you want to stay healthy and not get COVID 19 then you should enhance your immune system
We know a good diet with few if any simple carbohydrates should be adhered to as well as some exercise program.
There are some supplements that you should take
Vitamin D3 - all should supplement at this time You can ask your doctor to do a Vitamin D3 serum level You want to be in the 60 range
Melatonin - this supplement is not only used for sleep. In my cancer patients I recommend 20 mg . Drinking cherry juice can increase your melatonin levels. On teaaspoon of raw honey can also increase your own melatonin levels
Mushrooms can stimulate innate anti viral activity. These medicinal mushrooms can be turkey tail, lions mane, shitake , coryceps, and more. I usually recommend a mushroom formula by Paul Stammetts- Host Defense.
Vitamin A and Zinc - I would only use these two supplements if you have had a serum levels checked by your health care provider. Vitamin A like Vitamins D, E and K are fat soluble and cause increased liver enzymes if take too much
