AUGUST 24, 2020 AHEAD OF THE CURVE
For years I have been ahead of the curve on many forefronts. There are two examples - one is the use of bee venom therapy for many conditions and the other is the use of low dose naltrexone (LDN) I have been in practice for more than 25 years.
Full dose naltrexone 50 mg was approved by the FDA in the 1980’s. It is an anti narcotic medicine for the treatment of opioid addiction, especially heroin. I have been using low dose naltrexone at a dose starting at 1 mg up to 4.5 mg ( rare cases 6.0 mg) for treatment of autoimmune issues, cancer Lyme disease and more for 20 years. I started using it 21 years ago.
I believe it strengthen my immune system. For those patients that have been on LDN and developed COVID 19. It did provide protection against COVID Why live at high risk? Ask your health care professional about LDN. It is not an expensive drug. It has halted the progression of autoimmune diseases. It prevented me from using Synthroid for my autoimmune thyroiditis ( Hashimoto’s) as well has helped thousands of my patients.

AUGUST 21-23, 2020 BENEFITS OF HONEY
I don’t think WE all know the benefits of products from a beehive. There are incredible benefits from propolis, royal jelly, bee venom and of course honey. There are many studies citing the benefits of raw honey. Here is another… sent to me from writer Rachel Kessler that was published in the Science section of The Guardian
Honey may be better than conventional treatments for coughs, blocked noses and sore throats, researchers have said. The substance is cheap, readily available, and has virtually no side-effects. Doctors can recommend it as a suitable alternative to antibiotics, which are often prescribed for such infections, even though they are not effective, scientists from the University of Oxford said. Upper respiratory tract infections (URTIs) affect the nose, throat, voice box and the large air passages (bronchi) that lead from the windpipe to the lungs. There is evidence for honey being used in children, and it has long been used as a home remedy to treat coughs and colds. But the evidence for its effectiveness for a range of upper respiratory tract symptoms in adults has not been systematically reviewed.
To address this, the scientists looked at research databases for relevant studies comparing honey and preparations that included it as an ingredient with usual care – mostly antihistamines, expectorants, cough suppressants and painkillers. They found 14 suitable clinical trials, involving 1,761 participants of varying ages. Data analysis of the studies indicated that honey was more effective than usual care for improving symptoms, especially the frequency and severity of coughing. Two of the studies showed that symptoms lasted one to two days less among those treated with honey.
In my opinion honey is effective, cheap and better than conventional treatment for cold and flu

AUGUST 20, 2020 THE ENDOCANNABINOID SYSTEM
The Endocannabinoid system (ECS) is well researched In the 1990’s, scientists discovered endocannabinoids, the natural cannabis-like molecules produced by the human body. Scientists began to realize cannabis exerted its effects, in part, by mimicking our endocannabinoids. It appears the main function of the endocannabinoid system is to maintain bodily homeostasis—biological harmony in response to changes in the environment. But medical cannabis also has the potential to PREVENT illness and disease before they can ever take hold. There is much information of boosting your ECS system with cannabinoids.
So you gain the medical benefits of the hemp plant without getting “ high” with the THC component. There is nothing wrong with THC It has well researched medical benefits . As a sober individual in society I do not use THC. I do use CBD with great results
A deficiency in the ECS can cause and has been linked to
An over or under-responsive immune system that causes autoimmune and chronic pain conditions.
Slow or inefficient digestive and metabolic processes leading to Crohn’s, IBS, Colitis, and other gut issues.
Potential harm to neurons and receptors that cause premature aging, dementia, Fibromyalgia, and more.
Degeneration or mutation of cell function which may lead to Alzheimer’s Disease and/or cancer.
