Well first there is sugar in many forms. There are candies full of sugar. The second most consumed food is UIce Cream Ice cream, a beloved treat worldwide, often hides high levels of saturated fat and sugar. Most commercial varieties prioritize taste over health, resulting in products that can rapidly elevate cholesterol levels when consumed I personally do not do well with Cow’s Dairy I am not lactose intolerant but cow’s dairy is inflammatory for my Type O blood type. Instead, I consume Non Dairy ice Cream as Yasso Pops Sugar leads to Obesity and Diabetes. Obesity strains the heart, requiring it to pump blood harder, leading to high blood pressure and other cardiovascular issues.
I haven’t consumed a soda in decades. I used to drink Tab in college That gives away my age. Sodas are more than just refreshing beverages; they can be a significant source of excessive sugar intake. There also is a link to cancer especially with all the non sugar substitutes- saccharin, aspartame and Splenda. Consuming large quantities of soda , can cause inflammation and the development of atherosclerosis—a condition where the arteries narrow and harden due to fat and plaque build-up. This can further increase the risk of heart attacks and strokes
If I had to pick one meat I would say Bacon is a problem Bacon, with its savory taste, is a favorite among many. High levels of saturated fats and sodium present potential health risks. Regular consumption can cause cholesterol levels to rise, particularly LDL, which can form plaques in the arteries There are reports of high red meat consumption can also lead to Colon cancer.
