NOVEMBER 9, 2018 BLOOD PRESSURE
I am always interested in supplements and herbs that lower blood pressure. I utilize citrulline, magnesium, hawthorn and globe artichoke to lower blood pressure.
A study from Thomas Jefferson University found out that melatonin supplements lowered blood pressure in both young and older patients. It was a small study group and more studies needs to be done. The dose used was 9 mg for those in the melatonin group . There was a significant lower BP of 7.3 mm Hg in the melatonin group versus non melatonin group

NOVEMBER 8, 2018 DAIRY AND PK
There are more than 6.2 million Americans who suffer from Parkinson’s Disease.( PD) The aim of treatment in the United States is to slow the progression. Unfortunately many conventional doctors do not investigate heavy metal intoxication. There is no cure for PD, I always want to identify the underlying factors. My focus is prevention and detoxification protocols. A new study has linked the association of PD and dairy intake.
The conclusion of the study revealed that consumption of more than three servings per day of low fat dairy foods ( which could include skim or low fat milk, sherbet and frozen yogurt) were associated with an increased risk of Parkinson’s Disease ( PD).
There was NO difference in men and women with PD

It is all about the aging process. None of us want to grow old, despite that it is a normal phenomenon
Studies revealed that broccoli users experienced a boost in metabolism, lower age associated weight gain and improved eyesight and blood sugar levels.

NOVEMBER 6, 2018 STOP NSAIDS
Several studies have been published linking the over the counter pain medications to risk of a heart attack ( myocardial infarction) A study published in 2017 in the British Medical Journal confirmed the risk which we knew probably existed. What we didn’t know that was published was that the risk can begin as soon as one week after beginning to take these medications
The medications that we are discussing are the following
Ibroprofen ( Advi, Motrin ); 2. Diclofenac ( Voltarenm) ; 3. Celecoxib ( Celebrex); 4. Naproxen ( Midol. Aleve)
