Avoid sugar is the most critical. Besides constricting your blood vessels, feeding cancers, and increasing your weight ( and link to diabetes) it decreases testosterone levels
Avoid any artificial sweeteners as they are linked to cancers. These also decrease serotonin levels
Avoid dairy products especially if hormones were used

As a cardiologist I am always discussing natural ways to lower your cardiovascular risk. We do know that pore hypertensive in younger years will lead to problems later in life. This was proven in a 25 year study , the Coronary Artery Risk Development in Young Adult.
Hypertension, or high blood pressure is the silent killer. There are several natural ways to lower blood pressure. Most of these you might know but it never hurts to read them again
Eat a healthy diet- low in saturated fat, trans fats and sodium
Exercise daily . This could be as low as a 10 minute/day
Take omega 3 fatty acids - up to least 2,000/ day
Take one coenzyme Q10 /day
Manage stress by doing yoga, practice meditation, or Tai Chi
Go to Hobby Lobby or Michaels and find a hobby you want to try and never did. For example learn knitting, paint by numbers, stamping, candle making, or even needlepoint
